Q: what kind of materials could I send?
A: We accept anything containing gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. We buy necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, charms, cufflinks, tie bars, money clips, gold coins, collectibles coins, gold watches, gold bars, gold statues, gold teeth, gold ornaments, gold pins and brooches, silverware and anything else that contains precious metals.
Q: how long does it take for me to get my gold pack?
A: Once you have filled the gold pack form, you will get an email advising you that we well received your application. Your gold pack will be sent by Canada post on the same day to the address you have left on the form. Depending on your area, you should expect the gold pack within days.
Q: do you accept broken jewelries?
A: Yes we accept all broken or damaged jewelry. We send everything to the refinery and give the best payouts for your jewelry.
Q: Is the gold pack free of charge?
A: Yes the gold pack is absolutely free upon your request. We will send it to you when you apply. If you decide not to use it you can always send it back or pass it to someone else who might use it.
Q: what if I don’t like the amount you send for my items?
A: We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with the settlement you received for your jewelry, simply call us or send back the check to us within 12 days of the date that appears on the check. We will then return your items to you no questions asked within 15 days. This is our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Q. I have many items. Can I send you my gold without the gold pack?
A. Yes! Some people have an amount of jewelry that don’t fit in the gold pack or just prefer to send their gold to us without using the gold pack, you may do so. You may use your own packaging to send us your scrap. You will need to prepay the postage and insurance, but we’ll reimburse your shipping/insurance cost when we make the payout for your items. Please make sure to keep your tracking number, a copy of the receipt and include your phone number.
Q: What if I am not certain if my items are real gold or not?
A: Let us worry about that. You can send us your items and we will have our team of experts determine if the items are real gold or not. If the items received are not gold we will send them back to you and we will pay for shipping. We do not buy costume or fashion jewelry. A good test you can do is to run a magnet over the piece of jewelry. Precious metal is not magnetic so if the item is magnetic, it will not contain precious metal.
Q: do you buy gold containing diamonds?
A: Yes buy jewelry containing diamonds. In fact we give the best rate possible for diamonds as well. We buy all types of shape, color, quality and size. Our team of gemologist will determine the quality color and size, and we determine the payout depending on the market price.
Q: Can I request a quote before you send me the payment?
A: Yes of course. You may request a phone or email quote for your items before we send payment. We will evaluate your items and appraise them according to the current market price that day. If you accept we will then send you the check within 24hours. If you do not accept we will gladly send you back your items free of charge.
Q: do you pay more than retail stores and pawn shops?
A: Because we are an online operated business, we are able to buy gold from all around the country. The volume we buy gives us the opportunity to pay more for your gold and pass on the volume discounts for you to get the highest payouts. Our infrastructure allows us to give higher payouts then our competitors.
