The payouts we offer are based by the quantity and purity of your jewelry.
Here are the following steps that determine the payouts:
1. As soon as your Gold pack is received, our professionals will ‘’asses’’ the purity of the precious metals.
2. All your items will then be weighted to determine the quantity of the precious metals.
3. We will then determine the payouts based on the current market value of the metals. A check will then be sent out.

Our payouts are based on the intrinsic value of the metals on that same day. If your jewelry contains diamonds, we will assess the metal and the diamond separately. We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the settlement, send us back the check within 12 days of the date of the check and we will have your items returned to you at no charge.
