Those terms and conditions govern all transactions between the customer and SellGoldOnline (SGO) and legally bind you as a user of SGO’s website, its successors, and assigns.
Requirements For each transaction with SGO:
- Full authority to transfer and sell all property.
- You are the actual legal owner of the property which is offered to be sold to SGO.
- You must act on your own behalf.
- The property is not from any illegal activities in Canada or any other country.
- You must be eighteen (18) years of age for all residents of Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Prince Edward Island. For all other Provinces you must be nineteen (19) years of age.
- Good and marketable title to property you send in.
- Include that the property is sold free of all liabilities and claims of any nature or description.
- Agreed not to send us metals that contain: Arsenic, Beryllium, Bismuth, Cadmium, Mercury, Nickel, Lead, Antimony, Selenium, Tin, Tellurium or any other deleterious elements.
SGO reserves the right to request any documentation or proof based on those requirements.
An insurance of $100 will automatically be covered against loss. If you decide to use your own packaging you will have to insure your package with a carrier for its full value.
